This year, when we came back from vacation ,we found the green garden full of life, so much so that the weeds had also occupied it.
So this first week we have been in charge of clearing the garden of weeds, tying up the tomato plants, reorganizing the work spaces and harvesting the summer crop. The second graders were the lucky ones who took home tomatoes, peppers and eggplants that were already ripe. Some of them took the opportunity to make different dinners that day.
