One of the activities that we include in the curriculum for our pupils in early years and the first two years of primary school is the swimming pool every week.
This activity is very important for them as it improves their psychomotor development, and benefits their body scheme and muscle tone, which are very important aspects at this age.
Since October, our early years pupils have been taking their swimming lessons at the facilities of the Francisco de Vitoria University. As it is part of the school timetable, they leave the school accompanied by their tutors. They are in charge of getting them changed and ready for one of their favourite activities of the week.
This term they have made great progress and we can’t wait to see how they will finish the course. You will see, they will surprise you in the summer!
