We started swimming!!

Swimming is a discipline that enhances mental and emotional health, improves the respiratory and cardiovascular system and increases flexibility, using most muscle groups. In addition, it is a demanding physical exercise that helps to keep the heart and lungs healthy, which is key for children’s development.

This October, the activity has started, in which our students from 2 years of Early Years to 2nd of primary school take part. It aims to instill in students a routine, adapting to the water, developing autonomy and movement in different styles with and without material.  Sports values such as discipline, respect, perseverance, self-improvement, competitiveness and teamwork are worked on.

We are already seeing small advances, we can’t wait to see all the skills they develop in the water at the end of the school year, we are sure they will surprise you in the summer!
