We enjoyed sensory theatre in I2 and I3.

We all know how many benefits the sensory activities have for our early years students and how much they enjoy them. They have a multitude of developmental benefits for them and what’s more, they have a great time! They love it and we love it even more when we see how much fun they have.

This month we had a visit from the company ‘Zumo Animaciones’ who put on a play for the children from I2 and I3 called ‘Glup’. The story is about a little boy named Kai and the adventure under the sea that he went on.

During the story they danced with bubbles and got to meet new friends like whiskers, a very nice crab, or a very big and gentle jellyfish that invited them to join in the journey discovering the bottom of the sea. By the end of this adventure, a funny crab will teach them the music from the bottom of the sea and take them to a party where they can all dance together.

The objectives of this activity was to stimulate, get the children to explore and experiment through the lights, magical colors and music, and also to create awareness of the environment.
