I3 GAIA EXCURSION

The 3 year old students will go on an outing to “Gaia, la Montaña Sostenible” (Dehesa de Navalcarbón, las Rozas).

This outing will support the current unit of inquiry, which has as its central idea: “The action of human beings modifies the environment”, and in particular the line of inquiry “How recycling works”.

Students will carry out a recycling workshop ODS (sustainable development goals) where through fun games they will learn how important it is to recycle each waste in its container. They will also learn about good shopping habits and how to avoid plastic pollution.

The students will do this activity during the morning and will return to school for lunch and follow their usual schedule.
