Magical fingers

The children of the Infants Department had a very special guest this month.

It was a great pleasure to welcome the world famous Pedro Navarro Dedos de Duende to our school.
Nicknamed «Dedos con Duende» («Magical Fingers»), Pedro entertained the children with this magical guitar and took time to teach everyone about the Spanish guitar style of music. To further bring the lessons alive, the students dressed up in traditional Spanish costumes and learnt how to play the el cajon and the castanets. This was a very useful and fun way for the children to further develop their education about Spanish music and culture.

It was a very unique experience for everyone involved and a wonderful way to learn new things.
