Pogasca comes from Hungary. It is sometimes served as an appetizer. Instead of bread. Hot Pogasca is also filled with sour cream and it is considered a particularly delicious specialty.

An “empanada” is a stuffed pastry and it’s baked. The name comes from the verb “empanar” meaning to wrap. “Empanada” is made by folding a dough. The stuffing can consist of a variety of meats, vegetables, but my favourite is tuna!!
