IA’s Cambridge – DELF – Goethe Award Ceremony

Again, last Friday, September 29th, 2017, we held at school IA’s Cambridge –DELF-GOETHE Award Ceremony. At it, we recognized our students’ merit and hard-work accomplished at these very important internationally recognized exams.

This past school year, for the first time at school, our students also sat for DELF and GOETHE exams: the French and German official external exams respectively. Obtaining these certificates does not only enhance our students in language learning, but it describes in meaningful terms what the candidate is capable of doing in French/German, is an aid for professional advancement and helps to open doors to a wide range of career and recreational opportunities around the world.

Cambridge English exams are an excellent way to improve English language in all four skills (Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking) by means of student-centered activities and useful vocabulary. Cambridge English exams enable students to develop their knowledge of the language and to use it accurately in real life situations. Additionally, Cambridge exams help students to achieve their goals, not only academically speaking, but also in their day to day lives.

Internacional Aravaca School is an authorized Cambridge Centre, where we thoroughly prepare our students for these important exams yearly. Being an authorized Cambridge Centre, we administer and actively promote these exams at school and welcome Cambridge examiners and invigilators yearly, to hold these.

2016-2017 results achieved were outstanding and we are convinced will continue to be so this academic school year. Good job and congratulations to all of our students!
