Workshop in the Library

On February 22, our MYP students came to the library to know first-hand how it works and all the resources they can count on. The library is not a simple repository of information to which students have access, our library has the resources of a “Maker Space”, a space for collaboration between students and teachers, with areas where they can record videos using the green chroma , play the piano to recreate their own musical compositions, make use of the computers or find a safe and welcoming place where they can work cooperatively. The primary role of the librarian is to enable this change and transform the idea of the traditional library that we all know into the
centre of inquiry and support that both students and the educational community need, adapting it to meet their needs in the scope of the family of the International Baccalaureate.
