SECOND DAY: FROM SARRIA TO PORTOMARÍN

On the 29th of June we walked the first stage which consisted of 22.6 km. At 10 o’clock in the morning we started in Sarria and finished in Portomarín, a charming and historic village. The landscapes that we saw as we went along were green and colourful with a great charm typical of Galicia. To accompany us we had pilgrims of different nationalities and animals such as cows and sheep.

We arrived tired, but very excited.
