Checkmate! The preparation for a new edition of the ISP Chess Tournament begins!

This exciting international competition brings together teams of ISP students to play rapid chess in an online tournament with regional playoffs between the winning teams until the final.

Chess is a valuable educational tool. Studies have found that children who play chess improve visual memory, attention span and spatial reasoning skills significantly. By participating in competition, ISP players improve their game and develop their problem-solving and decision-making skills while having fun.

Top players have the incredible opportunity to go up against a chess grandmaster and learn from him first-hand and privately in 1:1 sessions!

We will soon begin recruiting volunteers for the International Aravaca Chess Team. Two International Aravaca teams, Junior and Senior, will be preparing for a new edition of the ISP chess tournament.

We will keep you informed about our progress.

Good luck to all!
