School for families “Mental health care in childhood and in the family”.

Last Friday, March 21, we had the pleasure of hosting Beatriz Ledesma and Jonathan Navas, from ADAIA psychology.

Several families were able to enjoy a relaxed and participatory talk where we talked about the importance of presence, transmitting security, establishing clear limits, realizing and working on my own fears and insecurities, as a basis for creating a space of trust at home.

We leave you some of the phrases they shared during the talk:

“All of us when we fantasize can imagine ourselves with a type sons and daughters. It is important to filter our experiences to be able to look at them”.

“Understanding certain rules, it is also important that it is accompanied by being able to choose. Setting a limit and at the same time, having them understand that they can choose, helps them know what is going to happen and has an impact on their sense of security.”

The warmth and care with which they gave the talk is the same with which they receive and treat in their practice.

Thank you for sharing this space with the families!
