Comenzamos la piscina

In this month of October, swimming activities have begun, in which our students from 2 years old in Early Years to 2nd grade in primary participate. The objective is to instill in the students a routine, adapting to the water, developing autonomy, and learning to move in different styles with and without equipment. Sports values such as discipline, respect, perseverance, improvement, competitiveness, and teamwork are emphasized. Swimming is one of the few physical exercises that benefits the body as a whole, as it strengthens muscles, improves flexibility, enhances coordination and agility, improves balance, activates the circulatory system, promotes the development of greater endurance, increases lung capacity, improves mood, boosts self-esteem, and enhances concentration.
