6th grade in the Museum of the Transition

On February 11, the students of 6th grade of Primary Education visited the Museum of the Transition in Cebreros, a space dedicated to one of the most important periods in the history of Spain: the transition from dictatorship to democracy.

During the visit, the students were able to learn about the key events that marked the Spanish Transition and the importance of figures such as Adolfo Suárez, a native of Cebreros and the first president of democracy after the dictatorship. Through documents, images and audiovisuals, they understood the challenges and achievements of this historical period, as well as the democratic values that govern our country today.

The students showed great interest in the explanations and actively participated in the activities proposed by the museum guides. This experience has allowed them to approach a fundamental period of our recent history in a didactic and enjoyable way.

Undoubtedly, it was an enriching day that left a mark on the students, helping them to better understand the importance of respect, coexistence and democracy in our society.
