As pioneers in the implementation of the Young Entrepreneurs Programme with Fundación Créate, we has been developing this program in Fifth Grade since the academic year 2011-2012. For the development of all the sessions of the program, we have count on experts who have shared with them their professional experience, given them advise about the communication plan and helped them to define their business model by reviewing both the income and expenses of the project.
The main objective is to work on their RESPONSIBILITY, SETTING GOALS, RISK-TAKING, SELF-AWARENESS AND SELF-CONFIDENCE, promoting the INITIATIVE, CREATIVITY and AUTONOMY and delve into the SEARCH OF OPPORTUNITIES, the PURSUE OF ACHIEVEMENT and the PERSISTENCE.
From the beginning of the academic year, students start learning the qualities of an entrepreneur and the characteristics that a successful project must have. Team-working daily, they begin by exploring their market and drawing conclusions, such as “What would I like everyone to have?. Starting from here, they develop the idea, define the client and the characteristics that differentiate their product from others. They create their brand (slogan, prototype...), define the values and mission of the company and split into teams by professional roles. Finally, they elaborate a communication plan to be presented to the world!
